Happy Dying to all and to all a Goodnight
After finding out my grandmother is dying of heart related problems she and my mother wanted me to get checked. They wanted to have me get a checkup while I was home since I’ve been complaining about chest pains lately (for the last 2 months) that have been getting increasingly worse over time. I got the results back today, and lets say they are not good. Turns out I have a beginning form of heart disease. There is not much more that I can say on it, but that’s what’s causing my chest pains–the over working of the heart during certain times of the day, like when I run at night. The doctor advises me to stop doing physical activities that place a great demand on my heart, so that I may live just a bit longer. What a hoot.

That is terrible to hear, Jon. I don’t know what else to say. I could wish that you get better, but we both know with those sorts of diseases, that isn’t so easy.
Hmm.. Just listen to your doctor.
